Upon reservation of the chosen unit, the client must pay a reservation fee of Php25,000 for Tagaytay Clifton Resort Suites and Php50,000 for Diamond Beach Residences. The Documentation Team will then send an acknowledgement receipt of Proof of Payment made. To complete your unit's reservation transaction you must submit Primary documents with other requirements to the Documentation Department within 7 days from the reservation date.
