These are the reasons why you incurred penalties:

  1. Late payment. You only transferred your payment past the due date.
  2. Bounced check. For every bounced check, we charge Php 1,500.00.
  3. Unpaid previous balances. When penalties or outstanding balances remain unsettled, it accumulates another penalty.
  4. You have missed a payment. But if you think that you never missed a single payment. Check your Statement of Account if there are any unposted payments, and then email it to billingandcollection@citiglobal.com.ph, including the supporting details to verify it.
  5. Late submission of proof of payment. Although you transfer your payment to us on time but only forwarded your proof of payment past your due date, it is still considered as late as per the policy.
