This is the process for transferring the unit to a new owner:
1. Request for Deed of Assignment and Transfer of Rights and Obligations template from the Documentation Team.
2. Fill up the information and have the documents notarized or consularized (if the assignor isn't living in the Philippines).
3. Pay the Transfer Fee of Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos (P75,000). The initial Reservation Fee paid by the original buyer will no longer be credited as payment, hence a new Reservation Fee is also required.
4. Upon confirmation of your payment and receipt of your documents, your Marketing Partner shall then draft new reservation documents, which must be sent to the Documentation Team within 7 days upon approval of the transfer.
