If the Contract to Sell has yet to be drafted, the client to be removed must submit a signed, notarized / consularized Affidavit of Waiver for the removal of his/her name in the property.
If the Contract to Sell is already annotated on the mother title, the client to be removed is required to submit a Deed of Assignment and must be notarized through an Notarial Acknowledgement.
