After your submission of proof of payment, you will receive your official receipt within 60 days. The official receipt will be sent via the Customer Portal together with your Statement of Account. You will also receive an email from billingandcollectionreminders@citiglobal.com.ph for the availability of its viewing. Here’s a sample email for your reference:
