You can request it by informing your Marketing Partner or by emailing your intention to: customercare@citiglobal.com.ph at least 3 days prior to the visit.

You will be assisted by your Marketing Partner and our Customer Care representative.

You can visit our office anytime from Mondays to Saturdays, from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.

Please contact your Marketing Partner when you are in the office, so they can personally assist you.
