We have three unit finishing package,

Ready-to-Receive Finish (RRF) unit means the walls and the floor are in smooth finish, ready to receive any finishing of your choice. Electric and water lines are in place, but without the fixtures.
Model-Unit Finish (MUF) is already complete with finishings and fixtures but there are no air conditioning units, appliances and furniture.
Hotel Unit Finish (HUF) is the complete package with finishes and fixtures, appliances, and furniture
