Income is subdivided among unit owners based on unit size. Whether or not the unit is being used, the unit owner will receive dividends because the hotel will always have occupants even during the lean season. This is also why we have a 50-60% occupancy rate indicated in the income computation, as an average of peak and lean
seasons.
