A request letter is a must. You should send it two (2) weeks before the due date of your check. We are not responsible for the charges of your bounced check if the submission of your letter is late. Please note that there will be a Php 50.00 charge per check and a Php 500.00 fee for the pull-out.
A request letter is a must. And send it to us (treasury@citiglobal.com.ph). Please state your reasons and indicate the details of the check/s that you wish to pull out. You should send it two (2) weeks before the due date of your check. We are not responsible for the charges of your bounced check if the submission of your letter is late.
If you will pull out more than one check, you must send us replacement checks within one (1) month from the date pulled out. Checks (which are due in less than 1 month) can be paid through other modes of payment in the meantime.
